Testimonials and Customer Reviews

Lambeth Council

On behalf of the London Borough of Lambeth I would like to say a sincere thank you to the Fire Services Group for the excellent waking watch service they provided at two of our higher-risk buildings in Lambeth. Their team was professional, approachable, and always ready to support and engage both our residents and the London Fire Brigade. They played a key role in keeping people safe and reassured during a challenging time. We really appreciate their commitment, clear communication, and the care they showed in delivering such a high-quality service.

Altilium Ltd

Altilium first became interested in the FX fire extinguishers for their application for Li-ion battery fires and the team at FSG were great in providing information and demonstration videos as to their application and efficacy. Altilium purchased 10 6-litre fire extinguishers from FSG, and whilst Altilium have not had to use them yet, they are confident in their ability to tackle all types of fires and their protection as a complete solution.

Falck Fire Services

We have made several purchases over the last 6 months from The Fire Services Group, of Zenova Fire Extinguishers. Falck Fire Services UK, provide the emergency response and the fire protection elements for the leading global aircraft manufacturer. As with all industries the shift towards renewable energies and becoming carbon nuetral is high on the agenda of our client and this is leading towards a huge increase in the use of Lithium batteries across all areas. From robotics to tooling and vehicles.

We needed a specific fire fighting agent to effectively deal with any incident that occurs within the plant and Zenova was that agent. We consulted with The Fire Services Group and witnessed the testing and demonstration of theses extinguishers on a range of fire scenarios and had no hesitation in purchasing Zenova for our client. They are now installed in several locations throughout the factory, covering the Lithium risks.

GSR UK Productions Limited

I work within Production Safety in the Film and Television industry and have sourced fire safety products from Fire Services Group, including the ZENOVA FX ‘all-in-one’ fire extinguishers.

The ZENOVA extinguishers are highly effective and well-suited to the dynamic nature of production environments, offering a versatile all-in-one solution that simplifies our fire safety needs across the film studio site.

Throughout our dealings, the customer service provided—particularly by Darren—has been consistently professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I would confidently recommend Fire Services Group as a reliable supplier of fire safety products.
